We loved the location of this hotel as it was in the city center with easy access to transportation, and near excellent dining options and street vendors. The hotel facilities werevery comfy and tidy, and we especially enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. the hotel is near Tunjungan mall, where we were able to shop and pick up local souvenirs.
